Give training to the students of the high is not an easy task. It is a very tough duty. It requires many things which include the physical and also mental health of a student.
Physical Training;
Wrestlers need to control their emotions. Make himself strong both mentally and physically. Bear high hitting on their bodies. Break the high bundle of wood by their hands. All these are part of their practice.
Agility training;
Learn how to balance when somebody hit you forcefully from back or front then, how to balance yourself. This is a major part of wrestling and also a tough one.
Cardiovascular training;
Wrestlers need to drink energy drinks because they need a huge amount of energy during their matches.
Flexibility training;
If they get an injury during the game or their practice then they need to fix them immediately. They need proper rest and take medicine properly. If they need practice instantly then they go but not to do hard but just allow to do flexible one which they easily do and never get more tired and injured.
Mental & Emotional Support;
Emotions are the most important thing in wrestling. If these are not in control the wrestler can never beat the other. It doesn’t matter how many hours they spent in the gym, if they can’t control their emotions so, it is very important to control your emotions.
COMMUNICATION;
Must you have good collaboration with your teammates. You will discuss your further plans with each other.
LEARNING FROM LOSSES;
Always try to lead on the winning side but if you lost don’t lose hope. This is the opportunity for you to learn from your mistakes. Always try to learn from losing points.
MEDITATION;
Meditation is a method that is used to observe that the athlete can play or not. In this method, various tests of athletes occur which include;
Visualizing testing
Breathing testing
Listening testing
Daily Decisions making

DIET:
Wrestlers have to pay serious attention to their diet plan according to their season. They must have known that where they have to lose their weight and where they have to gain. Which diet plan they have to choose and which foods they have to ignore.
REST;
Your team needs proper sleep for better performance. A teenager requires 9 hours of sleep each day. If you don’t get proper sleep you can’t be able to work properly. We make sure all these activities before going to bed.
Turning off all the screens before going to sleep.
Avoid consumption of Alcohol at 10 pm.
Stop chewing when you are ready for bed.
