The NCAA Announce some changes in the rules of practices for red shirts because of their few mistakes and misbehaving. They have decided to play with rules under restrictions in college. These rules are the same for everyone.
Everyone has to follow these instructions, every beginner has to pass four steps then he will be able to move into step no five. All these steps are the beginning steps and are also called the basic skills for a football beginner. If he passes all these four steps we will definitely step forward into step no five otherwise we will have to face rejection.
This decision has given us so many advantages. In past, both, the coaches and the players both did not take the competitions takes seriously but now, but know if they fall they have to face rejection they work day and night to achieve their goals. And in the end, they get, they get what they want and for which they work.
Football games are getting more interesting now. players learn many things with time. Now, the coaches trained their players completely in that four basic steps further there is no more hard need to learn or understand the things. Here, it is just to need the practice. This, potentially engaged the players more with the game and make a player more strong. In past, a player needs to play to learn all the basic and important things with his practice but now, the coaches trained the player with basic first then comes him to practice.
These players have more understanding of the field as compared to the last one. They know better how to perform on the ground because they have more practice experience and basic skill understandings. The chairman of Division I Council and Miami (Fla.) AD named; Blake James passed comment of these new rules for redshirts “This change not only make our team strong but also make understanding to our players with the game. Players feel less pressure to play and feel enjoyment while playing” James said. “Coaches will have to appreciate the players even on the small hits, this will increase their spirit and motivate their performance”
Another notable thing about the new rule, when a player passes all these basic 4 steps and then also passed the 5th step then, he gets permission to play at the college level to join the football team.
