01. Design & Technical Development

Share your tech pack, sketches, reference garment, artwork, measurement chart, or product concept to begin development. We review the required silhouette, construction, features, decoration, and finishing before preparing the product for sampling.

If your concept needs further technical clarification, measurements and construction details can be organized for approval. Clear specifications reduce uncertainty and establish the reference for sample development and production.

02. Materials, Fit & Custom Components

Select the fabric composition, weight, texture, stretch, color, and finish according to the intended product. Available categories can include cotton jersey, fleece, French terry, polyester, denim, softshell, performance fabrics, and suitable blends.

Garments can also incorporate custom ribbing, zippers, buttons, drawcords, pockets, panels, and other components. Size charts may be reviewed in inches for USA customers, but every fit must be confirmed through approved measurements rather than relying only on standard size names.

03. Artwork, Labels & Brand Presentation

Apply your original artwork through screen printing, DTF, DTG, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, or suitable patch options. The correct method depends on the material, artwork details, placement, and required finish.

Private label elements can include neck labels, size labels, care labels, woven patches, hang tags, barcode stickers, poly bags, boxes, and retail-ready packaging. All artwork, information, and placement details should be approved before production.

04. Production Planning & Order Fulfillment

Once the sample and specifications are approved, production moves through material preparation, cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing, inspection, and packing.

Small quantities may be available for selected products, while established brands can discuss larger and repeat production requirements. Finished orders can be organized by style, color, size, or other confirmed packing instructions before international shipment.
